Merrrrrrrry CHRISTmas!!!!!!!!!!!! 2011

Hey my loves! I just wanted to make a quick post, spreading a bit of CHRISTmas cheer! I pray that your CHRISTmas was filled with CHRIST- first and foremost, and the enjoyment of family, friends, awesome gifts, and great food! Jesus is truly the reason for EVERY season, and I thank him so much just for being amazing & continuously blessing me & mine in spite of! As this CHRISTmas 2011 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY JESUS! I must admit, I was kind of thrown off track a bit earlier today and wasn't as focused on Jesus as I needed to be. But I had to snap back into reality & know its not about me, how I feel, or what I experienced, but it is allllll about the goodness and birth of Jesus Christ! I've been so busy the last few days and I know its only preparation for what's to come. By the way, this CHRISTmas I vowed NOT to get my family anything, but the money that I would normally spend on them was used to purchase things for less fortunate children. I adopted a 1 month, 5, and 11 year old this year to buy CHRISTmas gifts for! It did my heart some good to know that someone else besides my family that has just about everything, was blessed and taken care of! So no playing santa claus for me this year, lol. For once I could go in a store and not have to be confused about who to buy what for. I'm very grateful and looking forward to doing it more in 2012! Anywho, enough about me (lol)!

    Merry CHRISTmas (I love how you spell that!)!!! I know I'm late but better late than never right!? That's such a good idea to buy gifts for a child. I remember doing something like that when I was a little girl. It's definitely something I will instill in my children.
